I have used this provider for more than 6 months
If there is a way I could put no stars at all, I would. I sent my daughter here for six months when she was two years old. I should have known better once I noticed every time we pulled into the parking lot my daughter would start crying hysterically. I thought it was just separation anxiety, and I will never forgive myself because of it. I started noticing that she would have horrible diaper rash is when I would pick her up, resulting in open wounds and blisters on her privates as if she had been sitting in her own soil diaper all day long. A few months into it, her class teacher told me that another little girl had hit her in the face, which resulted in a mark on her face. I brushed it off thinking that Stuff like that happens, and kids will be kids. A few months later I began to notice random bruises on her bottom, upper back, neck, and ribs. Way more than her usual toddler would have from just playing during the day. At that time I began to ask questions, concerned that something was happening. The owners denied that anything was going on, But as a mother, I just knew something was happening as the bruises is kept reappearing. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and took her out of the daycare and as I was looking up other reviews I saw multiple reviews about this daycare and other families whose children would come home with random bruises after being watched at this daycare. It makes me sick to my stomach that I never saw them before I enrolled her at this daycare, and I feel so sad that I put my daughter in a place that was hurting her every day. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and took her out of the daycare and as I was looking up other reviews I saw him multiple reviews about this daycare and other families whose children would come home with random bruises after being watched at the state care. It makes me sick to my stomach that I never saw them before I enrolled her at this daycare, and I feel so sad that I put my daughter in a place that was hurting her every day. I tried reporting the findings to DHHS and they said that they investigated and found nothing. It’s so sad to know that this could be happening and nothing is done about it.
My daughter who just turned 3 years old and never been to a daycare has been enrolled at this childcare facility. She was welcomed wholeheartedly by all staff, and we've been guided through this new transition in our life well. My daughter couldn't be happier ??
