Incredibly unprofessional, terrible experience with the owner of this company. I was hounded for payment after I was told they didn’t take credit cards, which I was not aware of before hiring for services. As someone who is in the service industry myself, I don’t appreciate being treated so poorly and will never work with this company again. The quality of work was just OK, I had to point out a few things that were missed including an obvious ceiling fan and bathroom toilet. This was obviously for her cleaning business not childcare, but if she treats children anything like she does her potential clients I would be horrified to leave any little ones in her care.
