| Findings: Provider thinks she has completed the training hours for the year 10/1/2016 through 9/30/2017. The Office of Child Care does not have any proof of these trainings. The last trainings that the office was aware of was two care courses in September 2016 that were for the year 10/1/2015 to 9/30/2016. Office of Child Care can remove non-compliance if the certificates are received and show approved training during the year 10/1/2016 through 9/30/2017. Provider will also need to show proof of 12 hours for the year 10/1/2017 to 9/30 2018. Those 12 hours are due to the office by 9/30/2018. | |||
