However, Staff #1 was responsible for this child at the time of the incident and was unaware the child left the classroom. The child was found by a non-staff maintenance worker and returned to the program. This incident was self-reported to the Regional Office on 6/27/2025 and Staff #1 was terminated by the facility on 7/7/2025. He is attempting a temporary repair in the interim, scheduled for Monday 10/28.
