Tammy is very ridged, unkind and inflexible. I arrived one minute early one day in the snow and cold and she made us wait outside for a minute until it was my child's drop off time. She made me pick up my child after finding out he had vaccines the day prior, although this policy (of not allowing just vaccinated children into her home) is nowhere outlined in her contract. Tammy was unwilling to provide updates and I literally have zero idea what he did there for 2 months.
