Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 5 of 5 Fingerprint Clearance cards reviewed were valid via the DPS website search. The Emergency Disaster Plan update form was completed at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation link to the Provider. The following was discussed/Technical Assistance given but not limited to: 1. Staff files must be complete with all of the required documentation. 2. Ensuring that suspected child abuse is reported to DHS and other agencies. 5). Ensuring written approval is received from parents for the use of personal products. 6). Ensuring DHS is made aware of any closures at the facility. 7). Ensuring DHS has immediate access to staff and children for interviews during complaint investigations. 8). Ensuring that staff continuously check blind spots on the playground. 9). Ensuring that the indoor play area has an activity schedule. | |||
