Program Philosophy At Little Fawns Early Learning Program, we believe that childhood is a time of wonder, growth, discovery, and connection. Nestled in a nurturing home environment, our program is thoughtfully designed to support the whole child¿socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively¿through play, nature, and meaningful relationships. Our Philosophy We are a play-based, nature-inspired early learning program with a strong emphasis on social-emotional development. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, respected, valued, and heard. Our approach is guided by the belief that learning should be joyful, hands-on, and rooted in each child's natural curiosity. We follow a child-centered philosophy, meaning we observe, listen, and respond to children's interests as they grow and learn. By building experiences around children's questions, ideas, and discoveries, we create meaningful opportunities for learning that foster confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of exploration. Whether children are exploring insects in the garden, creating mud pies in the outdoor kitchen, building structures with loose parts, engaging in dramatic play, or sharing stories with friends, they are actively developing important skills across all areas of learning. She brings a deep passion for early childhood education, extensive experience working with young children, and a nurturing, responsive teaching style. Kristina is committed to creating a home-away-from-home environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. She believes that strong relationships are the foundation of quality early childhood education and works closely with families to support each child's unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs. Through a balance of play, exploration, structure, and responsive caregiving, Kristina strives to help every child develop confidence, independence, kindness, and a love of learning that will serve them throughout their lives.
