BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days. 2 of 2 Fingerprint Clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: - Toilet rooms maintained with toilet paper. - Lesson plans dated with the current calendar week. - Staff files will contain the front and back of the Criminal History Affidavit form. -Staff files will have a copy of the front and back of a valid fingerprint clearance card. - Child care personnel shall make documented, good faith efforts to contact 2 staff's references.
