My kids have being going to this day care since January and I can honestly say the staff is awesome my children always come home with a smile know I see the difference when I take them out to play with other kids! they are so great I love it here makes me feel real save when I’m away from them ?? I want to also thank the owner as well because she gives us the parents the time of day to speak to us in individual And too get to know us as well as we get to know her and her awesome teachers . great work 100% recommended !
I do not recommend this daycare. When my mother went to pick up my daughter it took them 15mins for someone to help her. She heard my daughter crying since the minute she got there and she knocked multiple doors and windows and nobody would answer. After someone finally assisted her it took them a while to give her my daughter. After i spoke to the director about the situation i asked to see the camaras and she kept me waiting for days making excuses that she was gonna be out of town. After 5 days i was able to see her in person and she showed me only 1 minute of the camaras! That video ONLY showed the moment the teacher took her outside to my mom. She recorded it with her phone and only showed me what was convenient to her. She had agree over the phone she was gonna show me the camaras since the min my mother got there. The day i saw her she told me the videos only save for 48 hrs! why didn’t she tell me that since day one? She lied to me, they were hiding something because her phone said that video had been recorded that same day i saw her which was 5 days after. And when i mentioned it to her she lied once again. Her way of handling this uncomfortable situation was very unprofessional and careless. She even asked me in a very rude way “whats your problem?” I mean after all those lies who wouldn’t have a problem? Also i never gave her permission to record my daughter on her phone neither did i sign any paper giving her my consent. So please dont take your kids there. Even up to day it still worries me what they were hiding. Very unprofessional and rude director.
