If I could give this daycare NO stars I would.. let’s start off by saying how staff choose what kid they liked and didn’t like. I was really close to one of the staff members and she would tell me that the other lady would straight up tell her she didn’t want my daughter in her classroom. Then they lied on my child and said she hit a baby’s high chair and told him to shut up. As a parent we know what questions to ask our kids and what follow up questions! Well my daughter said she didn’t do it. Well when I told the daycare owner about it, then everyone’s story started to change. It went from I saw her do it to NOBODY seeing her do it! The teacher that said my daughter did that is the same teacher that didn’t want my daughter in the classroom with her. On their door it says open at 6:45, well one morning that same teacher denied my child because it wasn’t time for them to open. When on the door it says 6:45. The other staff member told me that the teacher doesn’t like to be with the kids by herself, she gets overwhelmed. Well she shouldn’t be working at a daycare.
On top of all this, they close they daycare whenever they want, they will call you 5 mins before and say they’re closing due to NOT ENOUGH KIDS. They never give a notice before they close, it’s always the day of. Several kids and teachers got the covid so she closed the daycare for almost a month and MADE US STILL PAY THE WHOLE FEE FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH THAT THEY WERE NOT THERE!!! Shady business, unprofessional and inconsiderate!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! Also let’s not forget when a situation happens they have to ask the other kids what happened! If they were doing their job they wouldn’t have to ask the other kids what happened. So be careful you will never get the truth unless it’s from your own child, I feel bad for those kids who can’t speak yet! There is so much more bad that happened here I could write a book! Please please don’t take your kids here!!
