Findings: 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers Violation: Children were not restricted to approved space as evidenced by the door in the Toddler One class that accesses an adjoining bathroom to the Pre-K class was not locked. This door is to be used by the Toddler class as a shelter in place location only and the door shall remained locked while not in use. No children were observed in this area. Rule Reference: 5 CSR 25-500.082 Physical Requirements of Group Day Care Homes and Day Care Centers (1) (C) states: Children shall have no access to areas not approved for child care.
