I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I would not recommend her as a day care provider, she lies about the dates your child is attending when withdrawled out of day care she chooses to let them know weeks in advance for more money on her end from ccs and that’s not acceptable with me when she hasn’t watch my child nor has he attended she stayed he attended 4/29/2022 my son stopped attending 4/19/2022 my sons start date of day care was 4/18/2022 in email from ccs she has also. if anyone can get back to me I have proof in messages I have her number and she’s very unprofessional as when I call to get an explanation call your case worker ma’am have a good day hangs up on me as I’m speaking and refuses to let me speak, as well as she sent my son home in a swim pamper! Not a regular pamper! She asks for pampers! But doesn’t use pampers that are given when that could be a health hazard as far as materials, she does not read the child’s folder until she feels she has time which is a risk if your child has health problems and u have a certain way for them to attend to things, I still have no r eceived my sons shot records or information given to her that’s important to me thag I could use for future references with numbers and doctors info, she has no cameras in her at home day care for any parents to veiw their child in her care! As well as my son had only attended 2 days of day care he started 4/18/2022 e-mail from ccs and messages I have regarding his start date with her! She said he stopped attending weeks before his actual leave date he only went two days! Not weeks not the whole month of April she has seriously got some problems must need the money that bad

The parent and the provider both signed a contract with a third party who's policies are different from childcare provider. The policy states a parent MUST contact CCS through emailed once parent has decided to unenrolled child to stop payments, it is the childcare provider job ONLY to notify absence of child every 5 consecutive days untill the parent contacts CCS to unenroll if not payments will continue. We would like to address diapers, we partake in water activities and we place infants in swim pampers for health reasons like pampers dissolving in pool with other children, swim pampers prevent this. When parents pick up child we ask would you like to change before leaving some parents take child as is so child will unfortunately have a swim pamper on. Here at the childcare we also take copy's of vaccination shot record, state licensing requires every childcare to keep records once child unenroll. We do not have to give any paperwork back but parents can always view. We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding and hope we were able to clarify enrollment dates, payments, diapers, and paperwork and we appreciate your business.
