This facility prides itself on being in business for decades yet it is a 1 star facility. It has no windows, no security, and they do not use preventive measures to eradicate the spread of pathogens and disease. Also it appears as if they have low standards when hiring teachers. There is very low morale and a high turnover rate amongst teachers. The only people happy to work there are the office staff.
The entire office staff is white and majority of the teachers are black and underpaid. There are no raises so don't ask. The janitors (who are both cognitively delayed) often come in to play with the kids to keep the ratio when there is a shortage of teachers.
