My son attended for only a few months and it was a complete nightmare. One of the children gave him HAND FOOT AND MOUTH (a highly contagious, painful, full body and throat rash that lasts over 10 days) THE STAFF DID NOT TELL ANY OF THE OTHER PARENTS.
The worst incident that prompted the investigation was when I had someone check on my son in the middle of the day unannounced and they found him strapped into a floor height highchair facing the wall in a different section of the daycare than the rest of the children and staff. When asked why he was in there, where his shoes were, etc. the staff refused to answer.
The next time I picked him up , he was COVERED (hands, face, clothes) in POOP. There was one woman there watching all of the children and she only spoke Spanish. After I took photos I went to clean him up and his diaper was clean, which means the staff changed his diaper and proceeded to PUT HIM BACK IN POOP COVERED CLOTHING. I brought extra clothes with him and a packed lunch every single day he attended.
Multiple times I would find his lunch untouched, they would not return items such as bottles, clothes, shoes, every day. Multiple times I arrived to pick him up and there were RANDOM MEN INSIDE WITH THE CHILDREN. I had to get very stern with the director just to get her to put mosquito spray on my son after he was eaten alive by mosquitos (all over his face and body)
If you care about your children at all, pick a different daycare.
Horrible daycare, neglected my child to the point where DCF was involved and investigated the facility. Dirty home, random people in and out without notifying parents of who is around children. They do not do incident reports and my child came home with scratches cuts and bruises every single day. My son got hand foot and mouth from another child and they did not notify any of the parents even when he had to be kept home for 2 weeks because the rash was so horrible. Generally a terrible facility. Also they say they provide lunch which is not true.
This daycare is a Godsend. Professional, always on time and available, and always going the extra mile for each child under their care. My children are learning new things from arts and crafts to yoga. I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone.
The daycare owner and staff are extremely professionally. My 2 daughters are thriving academically and are learning different languages as well. The facility is kept clean and sanitized. Highly recommend!!
All of my 3 kids went to ths location… My babygirl has been going there since she js 3 months old and now she is 3 years old and she loves it… no complaints, my daugther never wants to come home. And my oldest is 10 years old now. I absolutely recommend this place.

If you send your children here, they will be neglected and traumatized.
