Make sure you get documentation of every fall, cut and bruises. Being told verbally is inexcusable and they must be held accountable for there lack of supervision.

For one, if they were ever under ratio, lied to parents, falsified records, and an individual molested a child this facility would have been shut down promptly. Unfortunately, a few uneducated individuals don’t realize, but you can look up any negative or positive findings from the Texas Childcare Licensing Page, which shows inspections from the State of Texas. I would advise every parent to do that before believing illiterate individuals. Fortunately, the information that is on there is 100% accurate since it’s directly through the state.
