Parents beware: When my children started at AlphaBEST it was great, however the new staff came and made the entire experience for the children unbearable. The new director also lied about my child and was backed by her boss. It was unreal. Our family along with one more decided it wasn’t a healthy environment for our children so we took them out of the program altogether. The new director is a blatant liar and her boss is rude and feels she can speak to parents any sort of way she wishes. She reinforces the lies told by her director. Completely unacceptable. Do not take your children there.
