I have used this provider for more than 6 months

All About Kidz is a wonderful daycare, Ms.T is a great childcare provider. She provides a warm, loving ,safe environment.I don't have to worry about anything when my kids are with her.

This provider is awesome everything my child needs they git. The owner is very nice. I have not had a problem with anyone, and the service is great

The operator did not review the EPR Plan annually or when information in the plan changed to ensure all information is current. The facility’s EPR and Ready to Go information was monitored and observed to not include emergency information for all currently enrolled children or have been updated as specific program-related changes occur, as required.

Operator and/or staff who work with children, did not complete health and safety training as part of on-going training so that every five years, all the topic areas were covered. It was also observed that it was documented on a previously completed Verification of Provider Information form that she initially completed the required Health and Safety trainings in July 2018 and was due to complete her five (5) year renewal of those trainings prior to July 2023. There were no training certificates or training documentation log available for review to show that this had taken place as required.

All indoor and outdoor areas used by the children were not kept clean, orderly, and free of items which are potentially hazardous to children including removal of items a child can swallow; the removal of loose nails or screws and splinters on inside; and use of outdoor equipment that is too hot to touch. In the childcare space small toy parts were observed on the floor and visual paper displays on the wall were observed torn. A radio with its electrical power cord hanging down and accessible to children was also observed being stored on top of a shelf attached to a wall. Items including books, toys, other learning materials and some personal items were observed being stored stacked on top of a table in the childcare space.
