I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My 2 year old son was staying here until I noticed this apartment is infested with roaches and mouses. On 2 occasions I will notice my sons book bag coming home with one roach inside. Also on another occasion when I was dropping off my son in the morning not know but two mouses were running around the apartment. This place is gross and needs to be shut down by the city
