The employee turnover rate is high. Most of the teachers still at the school are wonderful but they are highly understaffed right now which means rooms closing for good or early with little notice. It also appears that staff may be working while sick or needing more support.
My two year old little girl absolutely loves attending Aldersgate. Our experience here from the very first day has been amazing. Ms. Tina and Ms. Tanya in the office are wonderful and helped my little one each morning feel safe and loved has she adjusted to having to leave Mommy. All of the staff are warm and friendly.
