In the beginning of February we reached out to be placed on the waiting list for infant care in October. On February 17th Ms. Laketta reached out saying she has an opening on 10.22.21. We followed with the tour on 2.18.2021 and sent an email with credit card authorization payment on 2.19.21. We tried to do payment by credit card on 2.18.21 but apparently the system was down.

We have been reaching out to the Sprout academy with no response until we were finally responded to on Monday 7/26, because Ms. Alicia answered the phone. That is we have been told would reach out to us.
Ms. Alicia said we are still on the waiting list only. I explained that we were told we have a spot and have filled out all paperwork. She asked to send proof, which my wife immediately did. I followed up with a phone call and said please have something figured out by Friday 7/30 so we can make necessary arrangements.
Friday came and no response by 2 pm, so I followed up and again left a message for Alicia. Not getting any response, I followed up again at 4:54. Alicia answered the phone and said she saw where we were accepted, followed their system but no spot is open til December and could not give me a date however.
I believe I have been more than reasonable on giving 4 full working days on Sprouts academy to give a game plan on how to proceed. With infant care being at a premium and difficult to find, already making accommodations for the start date and then have it taken, it is irresponsible, mentally exhausting, and honestly just wrong. Sprout Academy has made zero effort to reach, no owner communication, no communication without reaching out multiple times.
