Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Value
The “Owner” Brenda doesn’t uphold the contract that you originally sign with them. Each week she charges you extra money the reason being “because changes”. When you sign a contract, that’s what you pay! Be ready to argue in Spanish, she … More

For past three weeks during transition from home daycare I let my son to stay the full 12 hours (ccs covered) to observe the way my son reacted toward this daycare as far as behavior at darrington rd. Two of the women Rachel and a bigger woman with thick glasses could not answer the the question i asked 3 times with the same answer. They both gave different stories to cover themselves with a blanket to cause my son mental torment. Director from Montana left notations advising both women to call if there was a problem when returned to get my son at 4:30 pm the had two write ups stating my son was attacking biting and hitting children for no reason.i advised he is used to children so I was not understanding how his behavior could be so bad at the daycare 3 children over my 2 year old by himself on his own. They could not explain. My son currently is experiencing behaviors as if he's been held against his will. Screaming with bruises on his bruises on his legs after i got him home. I've never seen my son so scared to get his diaper changed screaming and kicking. I've never seen that my only child as a single mother over a 3 week period could change or feel as neglected as he was at this daycare. I will never trust this daycare again. It smells of a bad oder and bad representation of Disney World. False advertising mind you I used to work at Disney. Two of the women that I believe are part of the transportation team seem to not be conciderabley honest with none of the directors and if so they are family an playing favoritism with 1-2 people that were or have been drug dealing on the property at pockets near by with a man.
Same man gave me a dirty look who's daughter and belive son go there after speaking with Rachel what
looks to me like a drug addicted person gave me dirty looks as he was entering the car with his two children.
Never again will I trust a daycare that is involved with family owned with disrespect or taking advantage of a single mother I cannot believe the behavior of the director at another building in which I failed to get her name laughing at my son's behavior on my Bluetooth speaker no hands while speaking to her in my vehicle . I will never forget how disrespected i felt and how much this hurt my feelings to wonder how many other children are having same issue. This person has no buisness laughing at this at my son in front of my son. It is mandatory for each child to be taken care of just the same and mandatory to not neglect a child juat because you cant handle them crying. This has been a series of unfortunate behaviors that are being taught to my child. Thank you Alladin and it most certainly looks like it must be truth from prior reviews on Google. Have a good day.
