I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I've had several issues with this learning center. A couple of times, I went there to pick up child, I saw staff sitting together on a bench while leaving the kids unattended. I went to look for my child and found 2 toddlers kissing each other. Sanitiation and cleanliness is also an issue as they don't clean often and thoroughly enough. The video of the worker abusing the child was the last straw for me. Clearly they don't screen their staff enough and I will not be risking my child's life and well being here.
