DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. ESPECIALLY BABIES THAT CANNOT COMMUNICATE YET. Last year (2019), we had our 1 year old son enrolled here. There were numerous times that Marlene (the lady that was in charge of the business and the kids) was out of the country for weeks without informing us about other people watching our baby. Everyday during her absence, I'd ask her helper Melissa where was Marlene and she would give me a dishonest response like "she just stepped out and she'll be back shortly" or "she went to the store she should be back soon". Then one day during the early afternoon I dropped by un announced to pick up my son, and there I see Melissa also pulling up to the house looking like she just got out of work from another job. Her and I walked up to the door of the house and from the driveway I could hear my baby screaming and crying so loud. When Melissa knocked on the door a little girl (age range 6) answered the door (already a safety issue if a kid answers the door), and this immense heat came out the house and it felt like it was around 95 degrees in there. I saw my son in a bassinet red from the face and soaking wet from sweat and tears. There was another girl around the age of 7 sitting in a high chair pestering my son. There was just one old lady sitting at the corner of the dining room watching more than 8 kids there running around chaotically. I was extremely upset when I saw my son in this condition. Marlene was supposedly there, but of course she was no where to be found for days prior to that incident. When my wife and I called them that night to remove our son from their (lack of) care, they got extremely defensive, and her husband also got involved but was very unprofessional about the issue. He started making claims that we were not a communicable family, and we didn't care about any announcements that he had to make (keep in mind, this man does not run the daycare, nor should he even be there when there are children present) so this guy was obviously full of it, and very dishonest as well. Marlene breached the contract that we signed when she decided to carelessly leave the country at her convenience and leave our baby under someone elses care that was not fit to watch over children at all. Be very careful when you interview ANYONE for daycare service. Thankfully we found a better one that is much more trustworthy with our baby. I will not post their info here because I am only giving feedback to parents to keep their babies from this specific environment. Keep looking elsewhere, and you'll find the right place for your child. I really hope parents take this advice into consideration. I hate to hear about daycares that mistreat, or neglect children.
