My experience with reviews like this has been that only those that leave owing money are the ones that are the most vocal. I suggest you visit and form your own opinions and not listen to reviews that are obviously a stab at revenge.
I am sure this is a very respectable program and hope these reviews will be taken with a grain of salt. Haters gonna hate!
I had my child enrolled for one year at this aweful place. While it was very convenient to my home these people are barely babysitters. The management pays their employees barely minimum wage. Let me be clear there were three employees that were wonderful, however, they started hiring nothing but non Eglish speaking middle easterners. You couldn't understand them, they would inform me that they think my child may be teething 6 weeks after he had teeth! Two of these people had never been around babies at all! They serve nothing but absolute garbage for meals, the absolute cheapest frozen food they could buy.Management could absolutely care less about feedback, suggestions, or constructive criticism. This place is uber expensive as well. We moved our child to Nashville Christian school and are absolutely thrilled with them! Food is healthy and even homemade, and they actually teach your child, even if only 1 1/2 yr old. Sensory skills, music, etc etc. AND cheaper! Don't subject your child to this foreign speaking hell hole!!
I don't normally post on these cites or talk about the bad in life....but after finding out what ALC has done to us, I wanted to say something.
May the 2nd the flood hit the city of Nashville and the community of Bellevue....
We had 4-5 feet of water in a house. We had to move out of town for a month and had to live in the basement of a relatives house...
We called the ALC and was told not to worry about it. They understood since they were in Bellevue and was affected by the flood as well.
We returned to Nashville a month later and was contacted by the ALC that since we didn't give a 2 weeks notice we were charged almost 400.00 for the 2 weeks.
Our Child wasn't even in the school. I'm sorry but this is just wrong. It wasn't like we knew the flood was gonna leave us homeless for a month. And was told in just the days after the flood we were free and clear.
Wasn't like this school was good in the first place.... For the $$$ there are a lot better places in Nashville...this is just the only place in Bellevue close to our old home.
But for them to charge us when we were left homeless due to the flood.....is just wrong in my opinion.
