I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My recent experience at New Horizon has been horrible. Unfortunately, my child experienced an injury that I believe resulted from negligence. While I understand accidents can happen, it raised concerns about safety protocols. I encourage a thorough review to ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
