I have not had a child at this center, but I have bumped into the group five or more times at the local playground. The main care provider seems exhausted and ineffective at managing the children. She would tell the kids if she counted to three for behavior they would leave, then count to two, repeat the threat, start over counting to two, repeat the threat, start over counting to two, etc. I witnessed one child shove another and pull her hair three separate times, each time the provider repeated the same threat but never followed through. I would NOT enroll my children at this daycare based on what I've seen at the playground. The provider needs some serious focus on positive behavior management, or possibly a different career.
