If you're an education major and desperate enough to get experience, this place is for you. Other then that, nothing comes good out of here otherwise. Toxic work environment with catty coworkers who aren't qualified to worker in a classroom setting and the majority of the women here are uneducated from another country who never worked in a real school environment before
No support from management as a teacher and selective favoritism for employees who pretend to do their job. The assistant teacher would walk out of circle time in the middle of it when I needed support, or wouldn't set up breakfast fast enough. She never engaged with them at their eye level, never sat down with them during play, and she also would be on her phone and never worked with me to lesson plan or plan for the next day. She also would take advantage of the fact that there was no clock in system and take over her lunch and leave early. Three children needed Paras.
Bad toxic atmosphere too, the ceiling fell three times, avoid.
