Description: Promiseland Playhouse provides a christian environment for all children. This mission is presented through Christ centered biblical perspectives. We believe in putting God Almighty first in all we do, so every morning, we set aside time for devotion (prayer) and learning biblical principals. The environment is always one of christian love. We believe that we are called to rise up and prepare the next generation for the purpose, which God has made them. Our goal is to see that each child reaches his/her maximum potential.

If I can give this place a 0 I would . Love the infant teacher Sylvia and lulu. But once I was showed who was teaching the upstairs classroom I was bumbed out . The women whom I'm guessing is pregnant would discuss her personal issues out loud . About who's the dad to her baby? I'm sure she could wait until they leave work . Not something I'd want my kids to hear . I also had my grand daughter tell me "crystal" was laughing at her friend because he accidentally hit himself . I'd want the person I am paying to take better care of my children and care for them as I would . The director is so cheap , I saw the children drawing with beaten down crayons that were the size of a nail , has a nice car but can't buy colors at dollar tree ? Also over heard one of the employees say a kid threw up in the carpet !! And children have accidents on it and it's where they eat!! So gross . Carpets probably have never been clean . It's a cheap daycare but I'd rather pay more for something better !!!
This place is terrible they ignore kids. My child used to have two diapers on which they could not explain to me. Will call you to pick up your child if there acting up. I have never seen a place that a child can over run the parents. They just want your money the owner is cheap they force you to sell cookies for them and they say that it's for learning books for the kids which you will never see. Just another lie. I took my child to another Christian learning center and my child was potty trained in two weeks . The difference was caring and love. I think this place is under staffed once again due to the owner being cheap. But you will see her always with a new car will smile in your face and mistreat your kid behind your back stay away
I visited Promiseland Playhouse and wasn't content with the Academy. When we toured the infant room we weren't required to wear any covering over our shoes, the changing pad had no strap/buckle to secure the child during a diaper change. The toddler room was a little messy and I didn't like the fact that they just bring out a picnic table for the children to sit during lunch and snacks. The picnic table chairs have no baking and no support from a child falling backwards. To make things even worse when we were showed the play area out back, there was a set of wooden stairs that had no gate or were not secure from children climbing them. When I asked about the stairway opening I was told a teacher usually stands there to block any child from entering. I'm sorry I didn't feel that was a good answer. I would never enroll my child there or expose them to that type of danger.
Make sure you ask about what is refundable and non-refundable. This daycare would not give us the enrollment packet unless we paid the enrollment fee FIRST, stating it was too expensive to print the packets to just hand them out. We decided we did not want to enroll our child, and they refused to give us the enrollment fee, stating it was non-refundable and that it said so in the packet (that they gave us AFTER paying). No where in the paperwork does it say it is non-refundable. Total rip-off!
