I have spent months getting him to stop think hes a bad person because Mrs. Myrna kept telling him he was a bad person. My child was scared and always told us how she treated him. I find it extremely funny how no one in that building except Miss Asya is going to school for child education. Also not every kid is going to react the same to the same discipline actions as others. So you move him to a table by himself to avoid him interacting with children. At that point You put him on an action plan because your teacher was going to leave because she was scared to even talk to you as well as talk to me about what was going on. You had to drag it out of her to tell you and by then it was a month in which i had no knowledge of him being "bad" and then a rock got thrown by accident and hit another child and you instinctively go with it was done on purpose and then boom an action plan. Im sorry but if you and your teachers cant get some education in childhood education then maybe you shouldnt have a daycare. Having your own kids and your kids kids at the same daycare doesnt make you an expert at handling other people's children or handling disciplinary actions. Maybe if you weren't so concerned about losing teachers because they are hard to find, pay your teachers what they are worth have insurance, vacation maybe they would treat your kiddos better. We havent had one episode since we left your daycare. Not one! You should be ashamed of yourself and your so called teachers for thinking you have the ability to take care of other peoples children.
