Be care when selecting this primrose location. It is a franchise and the owner makes her own unethical rules up about how she feels that a Primrose should be. Proceed with caution when having your child attend here. I would not recommend this one to any parent who is seeking a place for their child longterm. The owner is very good in her tour about making you think that she is an actual school and is well organized. However, you will find out quickly that her daycare is not what she markets to parents. Also, there has been substantial turnover since my son has attended. He has was at this school for 7 months and had 3 different teachers who have all quit. On several occasions, the owner lost my checks, tried to double charge me, and accused me of not paying. I had to get copies of my personal checks that she deposited, which had cleared my account, to show proof that I had paid. Try Kids R Kids in Castle Hills nearby or try Primrose of Castle Hills in Carrollton. They will provide a better experience than this place, and at or around the same price point. Primrose of West Carrollton was a very disappointing experience for me. I value a longterm fit for my children and this was not the place. -- very misleading from the from the initial tour. Sunita is the owner, and she often does the initial tour FYI with parents. Some of the teachers are great. However, lots of turn over and other issues that make it not quality. Hope this info helps your search for great care.
