I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I had a tour set up today. I couldn’t find it so I called and Zack helped me find it. I was met at the door with the Director. She thoroughly explained everything, showed me the kitchen and the outside area. They were very informative and kind. All the kids were happy and smiling and I am excited for them to have an opening to enroll my baby here.

What an amazing daycare. All the teachers are so loving and treat each childs needs specifically. Always greeted with a warm smile and "hi or hello, good morning" and leave with "have a great day/night". I have 2 kids at Dar-lings and I couldnt say a negative thing about the teachers, they talk with me as if im family or a close friend. They look forward to seeing their teachers and love them.
Thank you Dar-lings for keeoing my kids safe and feeling loved while I work and cant be with them.

This was the worst daycare I have EVER SEEN! Do not enroll your child here! These teachers are HORRIBLE! Specifically the two's & three's teachers. They yell at the children and snatch toys out of their hands. All of the children watch TV in the main room from 6:45am-8:30am. During this time they are not allowed to talk or play. They have the choice of sitting on the rug or at the table but they may not do anything but watch tv. Then they move the kids to their classroom to eat breakfast. The 2 & 3 year olds are then sat down at the table to watch MORE tv while they eat breakfast. My two year old has came home with 8 pieces of "art" last month.... Which consisted of an online print out and my child wad given one crayon.the director doesn't print their daily sheets until the afternoon so the potty information is not accurate. The teachers work different shifts so the person who you drop your child off to is not consistent. This caused a lot of crying and anxiety at drop off times. I don't believe they do a real consistent curriculum with the children. Did i mention they don't have a playground AND THEY DO NOT GO OUTSIDE EVERYDAY!!

What a wonderful environment for our children. The teachers and other members of the team are awesome, caring and great with the kids! We are so happy here and so are the kids.
