I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My grandson was there for two weeks and the director called my grandson bad several times in my daughters face in his present, refused to call him by his name..he came home saying she was mean to him and accused him of picking up a toddler bike and throwing it across the room and hitting a child…he’s 3!!
