I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would give 0 stars. I worked here for 5 years and the amount of stuff seen and heard is horrifying. Im not sure is Ruby is still there but another employee told me she would put hot sauce in children's mouths and she even locked a child in a dark room because he was 'bad'. Anna when she worked there she would get after kids then squat and act like she was holding their hand and would squeeze it so hard to make them cry. Criselda too always had reports made on her for hurting children and she doesn't even ever look happy. The teachers that have been there the longest are the ones who are known for mistreating kids and they stay because they always cover MrFlores back. Mr flores steals money, he will hide up broken floor with rugs to pass inspection, and if a parent ever has concerns about their child being mistreated they send that staff to another one of their locations. The teachers who have true hearts are either scared to speak up or they quit! If you ever spoke up or quit your paycheck got dropped to minimum wage 7.25. The dont even serve children second portions that is required by the food program and minimum standards. I am so glad i finally left this horrific center.
