My grandchild was here and when my daughter showed up at the posted time of opening the employee would not let them in, to top it off my grandchild was in dire need of the restroom and when my daughter asked for the use of the restroom the tried to deny him access. After they got access my daughter took him and my daughter showed how upset she was and the employee just laughed at the situation. When my daughter brought it up to the administrator she tried to blame my daughter and tried to threaten to kick my grandson out of daycare for pretty much having to use the bathroom. This place needs to be investigated.
