I would recommend you keep your kids out of here. Overall, the quality of service at this location has decreased dramatically over the last few months. In fairness, there are several tenured teachers here that do a great job in my opinion, based over the last two years. Namely, both Letty's, and Debbie have been wonderful.

The first thing you will notice that sticks out at this place is how often they rotate through new staff. There is always someone new here working with the kids - not something I prefer for my children's daycare. You can get a feeling from people when they are good hearted, caring people, and some of the associates here do not strike me as the right people for the job. You as parents know what I mean.

My 6 year old son was removed from here after several, I mean at SEVERAL issues of being bullied by a 9 year old kid being allowed to be with the younger 5-6 year old kids. When approached about this, the director seemed very nonchalant, and defensive as if my concerns were not valid. Based on what I witnessed in this class, and from the reports of the actions from my son, it became obvious that there is not adequate supervision in this class. Nicole, the teacher with this age group last year was wonderful, to this day my son still talks about her. She was always happy, upbeat, and I would walk in and see her on the floor interacting with the children because she obviously loved her job. The kid they have in there now can be seen standing with a clipboard nearly every time I arrive. Never seen her even smile.

The final straw with this place occurred when I discovered a large wound on my 14 month old babies leg. It looks like some sort of scrape, or rug burn, I have no idea. We were not provided an incident report of any kind. Of course when we changed him that morning, we would have seen that right away, so obviously he got that when he was under their care. When we went to the daycare, none of the teachers knew what happened. One of them confirmed she saw it, and told the girl who was in charge of my son's class to make a report, but it was never done. I am not accusing anyone there for causing this injury to my son. I pray that it wasn't someone there. But one thing that I am saying is that it is obvious that my child was not being properly supervised, I would at least have a report of the accident. I pay more than 800.00 a month for this center to watch my child, and I expect him to be safe. For a mark that big, I know he would have been crying, so where is my report as to what happened? Unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the director stooped as low as to call CPS on us, alleging abuse or neglect. One day after we escalated this issue to licensing, I get CPS magically at my door the next? Obvious retaliation in attempt to cover her own a**. Overall, I wish that my baby was removed from this daycare when my oldest was, but we really thought we were getting great service when it came to my baby.

I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as the current director is in place.
