DO NOT USE THIS CHILDCARE PROVIDER! YVONNE IS A CHILD ABUSER! SHE PADDLES CHILDREN WITH A WOODEN BOARD AND LEAVES THEM BRUISED BEYOND DESCRIPTION! POLICE REPORTS HAVE BEEN FILED.

Yvonne took care of our two children for two years. She is good with the children, engages in arts and crafts and takes them outside often.She participated in potty training our daughter and did well teaching the kids their numbers and alphabet.
Her ability to interact with adults is a whole other story. She is incredibly unprofessional and underdeveloped, leaving notes taped to the door rather than communicating changes or announcements. She nickle and dimed us to death on holidays, late fees or other random charges and would go on and on about the state of her personal finances... It was as though if she needed money for a bill, she would add on some kind of fee and then rationalize it by telling us that "all of the other parents paid it" or "day cares do that all the time".
Our children went to her house on a part time, 3 days a week basis and when she found full time spots we received absolutely no notice and she refused to meet with us or take our calls. When we left a message telling her at the very least we would like our children's shot records and such back, she texted us that they would be in the mailbox. Mind blown.
