I would like to know why I find pictures of my grandson on Facebook, when I know for a fact that the parents were not even asked if the pictures can be posted of the child. Neither parent was asked if they could post a picture, let alone many pictures of the child.
I'm a photographer and I know that if any picture is to be posted on anything that they have to get written permission to do so, because they can be sued if they don't. Which can be the situation that is about to happen in this case.
I'm also pretty sure that not one parent was asked permission to post any pictures of any the children on the Facebook page.
I would suggest that the pictures be taken down before there's a law suit that can and will happen.
No one has a right to post any pictures of anyone's child without written permission of the parents. I'm also pretty sure that if the parents really knew that their children were posted on Facebook without the parents knowing, like myself they would be upset at the place they put there trust in to take care of their child or children.
Best advice I can give you all, take the pictures down and get written permission first before posting any pictures of anyone's child or children.
Melissa is AWESOME. The kids are treated like her own and she loves them all dearly. Melissa also makes it a point to interact with parents and tell you exactly what the kids did for the day.
My grandkids love Ms Mellisa. Her home is clean and very well kept. Plenty of toys to entertain kids inside and out. Great place!
