Description: Kidz 'R' First is a Licensed Child-Care Home in Magnolia TX, with a maximum capacity of 12 children. The home-based daycare service helps with children in the age range of Infant, Toddler, Pre-Kindergarten, School. The provider does not participate in a subsidized child care program.
In August 2015, I filed a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services against this daycare. She is in violation of at least a dozen rules set forth for licensed child care centers in the Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. My daughter would always come home with bruises, and I was informed by a former employee that the director was HOLDING HER DOWN at nap time, and would grab her too hard by the arms. The director tried to tell me that my daughter was pinching herself. In the two-and-a-half years my girls attending this daycare, we made 3 trips to the emergency room for cuts & bumps. In February 2015, my youngest went to Texas Children's Hospital with a large bump on her head - a former employee told me she thinks my baby may have been dropped! Please do not send your children here. The DFPS investigation is still pending at the time of this review.

Why is it not possible to give negative stars??? This day care was recently responsible for the death of a 3 month old infant - SHUT THEM DOWN!
