So I worked there for a year and 5 months. The management is awful..if the owners do not like you they will treat you badly. Favoritism is big. Also many times I needed help with a violent kid and I was told by my boss “I can’t do your job and my job”. I shouldn’t have to leave with bruises and cuts. You don’t get trained properly whatsoever. I’ve described the work environment to my friends and they all agree it’s toxic. I had like a few people that I could at least ask help from. Also if you’re like me and highly allergic to molds just prepare because its bad. I am a person of color and the hateful remarks I received for my skin and reported to my boss and the fact she was like “We can’t change the way people feel”…absolutely not. She did not have my back the times I needed her. She does not care if you’re sick she will want you to come in which is frustrating because then it spreads more. She will literally trash you if you call out whether it’s for yourself or your kid. Just saying lots of women quit soon after being hired because of the awful environment. It’s definitely not for the weak. I will definitely miss seeing the kids grow but I deserve better.
