Description: Community Action Council’s BCTC Child Development Center offers a Head Start program that includes free child development services during Head Start hours to eligible children aged 3 to 5 years. Head Start is designed to enhance children's educational experiences, social-emotional development, physical development, and language and communication skills. Families must meet eligibility guidelines and most low-income and TANF families are eligible.
