I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Horrible place to take your infant. They have one teach in class with 7 kids. My baby been going there for seven months and for those months with them have been a roller coaster. My child start in august as part time. Then they basically focus me into making her full time or she lose her spot. It was between her and another little girl and who ever went full the other didn't have a spot anyone more for part time but the direct state that me and the other parent was both going full time a the same time and she will accept both our kids. It was disturbing to me because she state only certain ratio can be in infant class and it was only one spot but she was changing for UA to go full time. This place only care about the money. My child bottle tops was missing and on another baby bottles I had wait next day for them to switch it out. My baby hair bows was missing never found them. Her clothes would be change even when she didn't have a accident. They will have my baby on other kids bib even when I provide more then one for my child to have. My child develop a diaper rash for the first time ever and they try to blame me when she came home with it and I contact them about it. They apologize but still my baby poop up her self no one call after changing her into her other clothes. She was eating a cupcake on classroom they sent me a pic of her eating it but she had no bib on and mess up her clothes again. Direct call me to let me know my baby make with no clothes on and she didn't wash my child clothes. She put my back on poop clothes. After today I no later will be letting my child go back. This place need to be close

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

The reception and enterance can be made better. The enterance carpet and guest's chairs r so old and they have visible stains on them.
