Pinewood Avenue Early Education Center

I have had my child at this school for two years, and had nothing but great experiences with all of the staff. When I entered the school I felt comfortable and greeted by Ms. Amy at the front office. Ms. Amy always has a smile and is welcoming to parents. I have approached various teachers while my child has been enrolled and have felt love and support from the teachers. They treat my child like I would treat them with love, and patience. Mrs. Mermell is available and greating parents either in the morning or afternoon when I pick up my child. My child LOVES Mrs. Mermell and all of the teachers. A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR ALL CHILDREN. I don't know what I would do without this beautiful school.

The principal mermel is never there so she's not aware of what her staff is up to. We asked the asian lady amy if i could talk to the principal and she said that she didn't even know. How can this woman be in charge of our children. Children social services have been in contact and we are hoping justice is served. The Mermel principal should really pay more attention to what us parents or our children You think that we would write awful things about a school if this wasn't true? How sad. We have gone to other schools and have read about their reviews and safety and nurturing staff.. I would love to have written a better review. The school is dirty an not kept. They have bags of clothes outside with bacteria. The teachers pinch the children and grab them by the arms to shut them up. Can you believe that when the children complain to the teachers of other kids of hitting them and look the other way. Parents how much of this behavior from these monsters of teachers can we continue allowing. The other day I was signing and saw a child wanted to go pee pee and told the teachers amy and janet were too busy talking and the child couldn't wait and peed on himself. the woman teacher grabbed the child and pulled at him and yelled at him saying why he had peed. If they would have paid attention and do their job this wouldn't of happened. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL.the kids don't get to play they spend more time on time out instead of getting what does the site say that each child is unique and capable of succeeding. Not here. These teachers are bullies and mistreat our little ones. They pull on them and yell at them and treat them like criminals. Please parents go and observe.if i could put a zero star i would but this would not allow me to post.

Professional Staff. Well organized and well supervised. Great communication between parents and staff. All children enjoy their time at the early education center. My two boys love going to Pinewood eec everyday. I am very pleased and so will every parent that enrolls their child there.
