If you like for your child to get bit by other kids than this is the place for you because their directior will only "observe" the situation and not stop it from continuing to happen. My child got bit 7-8 times and mostly by the same kid. And the director has "lost" all the incident reports for these. The director lies and tells you different stories. Everytime my child got bit I always asked the teacher if it was the same child and it was always confirmed. But the director gives you a different story. I definitely do not recommend this place since they have switched management. The new daycare we go to has had 8 families transfer from this particular Children's Courtyard in the last month. That should tell you something. I would never recommend CCY to anyone. You're paying good money for your child to be injured and them not do anything about it. Them observing is doing everything they can. That's funny because other places have steps they follow to prevent situations like this from happening. CPS should investigate this place. My recommendation: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
