This place is the definition of a toxic work environment. Staff behavior is completely unchecked aggressive, disrespectful, and at times physically intimidating. Management is either unwilling or incapable of handling serious issues, which makes it clear that employee safety and wellbeing are not a priority. There is zero accountability, poor leadership, and no support system in place. If you value professionalism or basic respect, this is not the place to work
