After being offered a spot for my 3 year old and did a daycare tour the owner “Zoe” sent messages about payments and getting Brightwheel set up to randomly
Out of no where messaging me that the daycare isn’t a good fit and she has a strict payment policy and that she doesn’t do daily payments .. you pay for the whole week despite how many times the child goes. I acknowledged this message and in person. Instead of just asking and clarifying, she assumed I didn’t understand that and got rid of the spot that was saved for my 3 year old. I honestly am in disbelief of how uncalled for and unprofessional she was. I would not recommend this daycare.
