As a mother, I expect transparency, safety, and professionalism from any childcare provider. Unfortunately, this daycare consistently fell short.
My daughter was placed in a small, converted garage with a wide age range of children and no peers her age. Communication was often reactive and unclear — including an incident where she was allegedly bitten by an older child, and I wasn’t informed until pickup. Most concerning was being accused of knowingly bringing a sick child, despite documentation of a normal pediatric visit the day prior. It felt more like an excuse to remove her than a genuine health concern.
Meals provided were heavily processed and not developmentally appropriate. Since moving her to a licensed center with children her age, she’s thriving.
This may work for others, but our experience was disappointing and I would not recommend it.
