I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would put zero stars if I could. If you have a stable 9-5 this is not the daycare for you. She will cancel last minute repeatedly over things like a “migraine” and lie about not being open for the day but then will still see other kids to which you have to hear about it from different parents, as well as randomly terminate her daycare contract and keep your kids belongings. Extremely unprofessional and has no regard for those that pay her. She thinks she can call in last minute for anything she wants no matter if it’s 30 minutes before you are meant to drop your kid off and then not care about how that will affect the parents jobs having to call in last minute on repeated occasions. She will say that her excuse for keeping $160 of your child’s belongings is bc of two day care days without payment, disregarding the fact you’ve already lost out on hundreds due to the last minute cancellations and the last minute termination, then when you offer to pay her just to have your child’s stuff back, she will stop responding. A childish woman who should have no business looking after others children.
