Today is July 22, 2025, and I was walking through the alley behind this daycare. It is 20 minutes until 1:00 PM. I heard a child crying in distress, yet the employee did not take this clearly distressed child inside to the cool air conditioning. I called the center and spoke with Paty, who informed me that she was already outside and was taking the child into the cool center. Imagine how this child's mother would feel if she witnessed this situation. This behavior is 100% unacceptable from an adult responsible for not just one, but many children. It is truly sad.
