7.3.2025 I witnessed children(mostly little girls- 9-10 children total), unattended to at Rockville Town Center. Little girls (NOT BEING MONITORED) was speaking to patrons and advocates for ACLU memberships- one little girl sat behind a rock-20 minutes went by without being noticed. Three African American females were eating, sitting on blankets while a few kids watched(they never looked up to check on the roaming children..one worker decided to look up after about 15 solid minutes of eating salad, dropped Apple slices on the ground, picked it up and gave to little girl to eat with attitude- discussing! I asked the "daughter" a few question to gain info for this review. Any stranger could have grabbed a little girl as they did not keep the kids in view. VERY concerning. It is unsanitary to pick up droppings from the ground, saturated with people, and feed it to the kids. Watch the children!!! Abductions are highly in demand!!! Not good childcare management!!
