R. took care of our son since he was 6 month old. After 2.5 years, I needed a day care provider who could take care of him earlier in the morning and therefor provided her with the legal two weeks notice requested by our contract. She claimed we would also owe her two weeks of paid vacation in advance which we refused to pay after having the contract checked by an attorney. She refused to take our son in the second week of notice forcing me to take off the whole week and almost loosing my job... Besides the logistic complication, my son was not allowed to say proper goodbyes to his friends and will have to deal with new arrangement without even an explanation. Make your own conclusion...
